If you tried everything to get you to the next level in your leadership, whether that is expensive courses, mentoring or sponsorship, did everything you were supposed to do, but you’re still not getting the results you want, you may need to deep dive into the leadership mindset that gets you to the next level in your career.

Here’s the three pillars of the Accelerator:

1. Your Leadership Proposition: Most emerging leaders think of problems and use that as a way to get themselves up the ladder. Unfortunately, leadership is about solving problems, not pointing them out, and that’s where most people get stuck. Developing a strong leadership proposition is the foundation of leadership, as it goes deep into aligning our own purpose with a larger organizational and community network.

2. Becoming a Powerhouse Persona: You can be a powerhouse persona regardless of your personality type. Powerhouse leader is not just someone to whom others want to listen, but it’s someone that people feel attracted and magnetized to. It’s someone that people desire to work for, and others love doing business with. To become that type of leader, it takes deep self awareness of ourselves and others, and knowing how to create great relationships with anyone.

3. Creating Unstoppable Teams: It’s not enough for people to want to work with you in order to be an effective leader. You then also have to gain the skills that it takes to get people to reach the outcomes that you’ve set out to achieve. Creating unstoppable teams takes building connection, as well as boundaries, giving feedback and resolving conflict, communicating in other people’s language, tolerating pressure from multiple directions. These are skills you need to have in order to take a group of people on a journey of achieving great results.

This is a six-month program with meetings every other week on Thursdays at 7pm EST.
