“Because to have a BREAKTHROUGH in your organization, you must first have a breakthrough within YOURSELF

- Dr. Buzanowska

My Story

When I first set out to become a doctor, I knew that the path was going to be hard, arduous yet totally worth it. While on this journey, I had many moments of doubt and pain but I never questioned if I could make it happen because I knew the exact steps that I needed to take to get there.

So when a few years later my next goal was to become a successful leader, I was looking for a blueprint, but there was none. I found myself as a leader in a room full of people who seemed to get "it", looking polished and confident, while I was confused, uncertain, torn inside.

It took me another ten years to break this unspoken code and to realize that I was not the only one, and in reality most leaders, while "look" polished, deeply struggle. Either with their personal health or family life, or with burnout because their teams are not producing results, or with the dynamic in the executive suite and stakeholders, where they feel they have to sell out or play politics.

Leaders are humans, sometimes expected to be perfect. We are expected to be both caring and tough, keeping people accountable, and being flexible and compassionate, keep our values and ideals intact even when pressed against the wall to make impossible decisions, then hold our children tight and sleep well at night.

While none of this is easy, it is much easier when a deep understanding of neuroscience meets the cutting edge, modern leadership theories. Imagine that being a leader means that you get to keep your integrity and humanity intact. You prioritize yourself- your health, family and hobbies, and you create a powerful legacy in your business or organization. You resolve team conflict with clarity, humanity and accountability. You show up in the board room with confidence that is authentic and influential. Your results speak for themselves while your phone is on silent and you're spending precious time with your family.

The journey of achieving your leadership goals and creating a poweful legacy for the next generation is an ongoing one. If you're a healthcare leader who wants more: more success, more happiness, easier days, DM me or schedule a free discovery call to see if my program is a good fit for you.

The Leadership Mastery Program

First Pillar: Self Mastery.

This is the foundation of everything else to come and is rooted in deep understanding of oneself, including our personality, multiple layers of purpose and the emotional drivers of our behavior.

Second Pillar: Team Mastery.

You cannot be a leader without a team and you cannot do things bigger than yourself without other people delivering results for you. To lead a team takes emotional engagement in order to create a dynamic in which people want to go above and beyond. It also takes skills needed to navigate conflict positively and have accountability.

Third Pillar: Stakeholders.

In this final pillar we hone in on the skills that you need in order to influence people who are equal to or more more powerful than you. In this dynamic you have to show up differently and are often faced with choices that require clarity on your values, purpose and who you are.
